Note：
When login into the NVR system for the first time, you need to set a new password according to the prompts.
If you forget your password, please click Forgot Password on the login interface, and the device operation steps will pop up.
1. If the device SN pops up, you will be prompted to enter the security code, as shown in the figure.
Pls provide a clear picture of the screen or SN and current system date and send it to support@anpvizsecurity.com, and we will calculate the reset security code for you.
2. The system pops up prompting you to retrieve your password via email and a QR code appears, as shown in the figure.
You can provide a clear picture of the current screen and send it to support@anpvizsecurity.com for help in obtaining the reset security code, or you can follow the system prompts and scan the QR code through the App to obtain the security code to reset the NVR password.
IMPORTANT:
The security code prompted by the QR code is valid for that day.
If the date expires, you need to re-provide the newly generated QR picture.
