How to export XML file through SADP tool to reset IPC/NVR password
If you forget your NVR password, you can click Forgot Password when logging in on the local display and follow the steps to retrieve it. If you do not set a password question or retrieve your email address, you may not be able to retrieve it yourself. You can export the XML file through the SADP tool and send it to me, and I will help you calculate the password.

Please follow the below operation video, then get the xlm file and send us. we will reply you back reset file for you to create new password.

Download and install the SADP tool and export the XML file as shown.

IMPORTANT:
Do not power off and network off, until reset password successfully.
XLM file will be expired after 24 hours, Please send us when exporting XLM file ASAP; Please reset password ASAP when get reset file from us.
