How to Set Up Email Alert?
1.You can use Gmail/ Hotmail/GMX/ Yahoo etc mailboxes to set the email alert function.2.Log in Email account, go to 'Security', then turn on '2-Step Verification'. Click on 'App Password' to create your App Password (16 digits).
3. Go to Device Menu-->Configuration-->Network-->Email and set up the email alert like the picture below.
The SMTP server:
Gmail: smtp.gmail.com
Hotmail/Outlook: smtp.office365.com
GMX: mail.gmx.com
Yahoo: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
User Name is your Gmail /Hotmail/GMX/ Yahoo etc email address
The SMTP port:
Gmail/Hotmail: 587 or 465 or 25
GMX: mail.gmx.com: 465 or 25
Yahoo: 587 or 25
Password is your App password (16 digits) from Gmail
Tick SSL or TLS
Sender's address is your Gmail /Hotmail/ Yahoo etc. email address
Receiver's address can be any email address you want to receive notification
tick option enable attached file
click test. If the test succeeds, all is working.
